1. Precautions for carton packaging

The use of the product is packaged. Any product we buy in the market is packaged, because only the packaged product can reflect the quality of the product. Now people use a lot of packaging boxes, among which carton packaging is widely used in our life. However, although carton packaging brings convenience to our lives, we also need to pay attention to many problems.

1. Materials

Generally, the materials are cheap, the printing effect is good, and it is suitable for packaging goods. Printing materials include yellow board, kraft paper, cardboard and whiteboard. If the requirements are high, paper such as copper wire can be installed on these materials. According to the packaged goods, the ink should also have the characteristics of light resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance, drug resistance and harmlessness.

2. Plate making and printing

Use letterpress printing, offset printing, gravure printing and flexographic printing. At present, lithographic printing and letterpress printing can obtain good printing effects. The colors are bright and the finished product has good gloss, but the plate-making process is complicated and not as simple as lithographic printing. Spray powder during printing to prevent the back from sticking.

3. Surface treatment

Polyethylene coating, surface filming, waxing, foil pressing, embossing and other processes can be carried out as required, but not all products have to undergo surface treatment.

4. Die-cut plate making

A better way to make die-cut boards is to make die-cut boards out of plywood. First transfer the horizontal box pattern to the plywood, saw the slits along the tangent and crease lines with a jigsaw, then place in the mold

5. Make the box

Fold it into a carton with a carton making machine for the next process. Corrugated boxes are usually printed flexibly and pressed with wire. In order to make the shape of the box, glued or bound, the box is usually folded and rotated on a plane, and it is opened into the shape of the box when used.
